During the past few months we have been busy expanding our technical platform at Adhesive Technologies, Inc. The commercial launch date for our new Industrial Program is targeted for February 1, 2010 and will include our shaped adhesive and applicator line, an expanded bulk hot melt line, structural adhesives, and industrial coatings.
Shaped Adhesive and Applicators – We will continue to focus on this core product line. Work continues on our development of an 18 volt cordless glue gun and new technology in shaped adhesives including low density hot melt and “Green” initiatives.
Bulk Hot Melt Adhesives- In February we will expand our product offering in the Bulk Hot Melt area to include approximately 30 new adhesive formulations.As our competition is streamlining their selection by as much as 50% we are expanding!
Our team has developed two new Packaging Hot Melt products, “Cool Pac” for 250 degree applications and “Hot Pac” for 350 degree applications. We are excited to offer these to you immediately. Please find the attached slides which detail the offer and a technical data sheet for each product. Please note that we can provide these products in our label or your private label! Structural Adhesives - A complete line of Structural Adhesives will be launched in February also.Included in the offering will be Cyanoacrylates, Anaerobics, Epoxies, and Methylmethacrylates. Custom formulations will also be available.
Industrial Coatings – Early in 2010 we will be offering a line of semi-permanent and water based release coatings for the Composite, Fiberglass, and Rubber industries.
